La Peninsula's early childhood centers serve one of the poorest congressional districts in the country. Government grants cover about 80% of our operations — donors help us close the remaining 20% each year, funding mental health support, food pantries, financial-literacy workshops, on-site paid internships, and emergency assistance for families.
