Urban Health Plan at El Nuevo San Juan Health Center houses 16 departments offering medical, diagnostic and ancillary services. Since it opened in 2001, El Nuevo San Juan serves as the home base for our network of satellite clinics in the South Bronx, Central Harlem and Corona, Queens.
